What You'll Do

  • Lead and supervise the care team on each shift, ensuring high standards of care are maintained
  • Provide hands-on support with personal care and daily routines
  • Administer medication safely and accurately
  • Create a warm, safe, and dignified environment for all residents
  • Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and other professionals
  • Ensure each resident's needs and preferences are understood and respected
  • Foster a positive team culture where colleagues feel supported, valued, and motivated

What We Offer:

  • Day / Night shifts available
  • Full-time or part-time shifts availibile

About you

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is preferred, however we welcome those with relevant expereince & a willingess to grow with us.• Experience: Ideally, you have at least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant, but we welcome those with passion and transferable skills.• Passion: You're genuinely interested in caring for the elderly and committed to delivering excellent service.• Values: You bring integrity, respect, and a strong sense of teamwork to everything you do.
