• Lead supplier negotiations and contract implementation
• Manage supplier performance, risk, and cost-reduction initiatives
• Support new product development and continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams
• Handle supplier audits, PPAP, and quality-related problem-solving

• A proactive problem-solver who can identify trends and implement long-term, sustainable solutions
• Experience working in a Manufacturing environment
• Experience managing UK and international suppliers
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cost savings
