This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *Managing daily travel and expense operations, including complex cases*

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Senior Business/Corporate Travel Specialist to manage and improve global travel and expense (T&E) operations. You will oversee day-to-day travel processes, vendor relationships, and corporate card programs while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily travel and expense operations, including complex cases

• Audit expense claims and ensure policy and regulatory compliance

• Manage Travel Management Company (TMC) and vendor relationships

• Maintain T&E processes, documentation, and reporting

• Manage corporate travel and expense cards

• Support reporting, analytics, and sustainability initiatives

• Drive process improvements and support system changes

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience in T&E, Procure-to-Pay, or corporate finance

• Hands-on experience with Concur Travel, GDS, and corporate card programs

• Strong analytical and process improvement skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
