We're looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales to join our client's team - ideally in manned guarding and security systems to drive new business and build strong client partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Identifying & securing high-value security contracts
  2. Managing the full sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure
  3. Building long-term client relationships across key sectors
  4. Leading proposal & tender submissions
  5. Collaborating with ops, bids & marketing to ensure seamless delivery
  6. Reporting on performance using CRM tools

What We're Looking For:

  1. B2B sales experience in security guarding services.
  2. Strong communicator with a sharp commercial edge
  3. Confident in closing deals & negotiating at all levels
  4. Self-starter with a 'hunter' mindset
  5. Full UK driving licence
