Senior Business Development Manager London (Hybrid)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join a fast-moving insights and consultancy team.

This is a predominantly new business role. You'll be building and growing relationships with new and key clients, managing a healthy pipeline, and delivering on a personal sales target of £360k through a mix of new business, renewals and upsells.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing and renewing existing client contracts - aiming for 90%+ retention.
• Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and bring in new logos.
• Leading on proposals, pitches, and commercial conversations.
• Running product demos and helping clients see real value.
• Getting out there - attending events, networking, and building your profile in the market.
