Senior Business Development Manager - Retail & Lifestyle (Madrid-based)

Location: Madrid or Community of Madrid (Fully Remote - but client visits required!)

Salary: €45,000-€55,000 + Performance Bonus

We're on the lookout for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our expanding commercial team and lead growth across Spain and Portugal.


You'll be the face of our retail partnerships - from fashion to fitness, tech to beauty - building strong relationships and helping us shape the future of our brand portfolio.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own and drive business development across the Spanish & Portuguese retail markets (yes, Algarve included!)
  • Identify, pitch, and sign new retail partners in categories like fashion, beauty, tech, sports, accessories, and lifestyle
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, negotiations, contracts, and handover
  • Represent us at events, client meetings, and face-to-face pitches
  • Keep our CRM system tidy and insightful
  • Report on performance and suggest new strategies to grow brand partnerships


Who You Are:

  • A proven deal-closer with 3-4+ years' experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Deep network across retail sectors: fashion, beauty, sports, tech, or lifestyle brands
  • Excellent communicator, both online and in-person (mandatory!)
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated - not waiting for tasks, but creating opportunities
  • Fluent in Spanish, with professional English (Portuguese = a nice bonus!)
  • Confident in a hybrid working setup (remote + regular client visits)
