A global professional services firm is seeking a Senior Business Continuity & Resilience Specialist to help enhance and embed its global resilience and crisis management framework. Key Responsibilities

• Review and enhance the organisation's global Business Continuity and Operational Resilience framework

• Support the development and maintenance of business continuity plans across multiple international offices

• Lead and facilitate crisis management and scenario testing exercises

• Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure effective incident response and recovery planning

• Support the ongoing alignment of resilience frameworks with enterprise risk management processes

• Provide guidance and support to regional teams to ensure consistency of resilience planning across locations

• Contribute to training, testing and awareness programmes to strengthen organisational preparedness

• Collaborate with risk, technology, facilities and security teams to ensure integrated resilience planning

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience or Crisis Management

• Experience implementing or enhancing enterprise-level resilience frameworks

• Background within a global organisation or professional services environment

• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across a matrix organisation

• Strong communication skills and experience presenting resilience frameworks to internal stakeholders

• Knowledge of recognised resilience standards (e.g. ISO 22301) is beneficial
