Senior Business Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Consultant to join our growing consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from discovery to delivery
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and strategy sessions with senior clients
• Develop compelling business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans
• Mentor and develop junior consultants on the team
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships to generate repeat business
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and practice development

Requirements

• 7+ years of business consulting or management consulting experience
• Proven track record of delivering complex transformation projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and executive presence
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience in a Big 4 or boutique consulting firm is a plus
