Senior Business Consultant

In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in ServiceNow and advisory skills to guide our clients through complex business challenges and enable smart, scalable process improvements.

What will you do

• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers to scope and define business needs and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead workshops to capture requirements, map processes, and align solutions with client objectives.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and manage them in an agile delivery environment.
• Participate in all SCRUM ceremonies, providing inputs and ensuring proper agile structure per engagement.
• Oversee project delivery milestones and guide teams for proactive and corrective actions to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support backlog management, testing, go-live, and training activities while safeguarding quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to embed best practices and optimize workflows.
• Inspire collaboration and continuous improvement among consultants and client stakeholders.

We ask

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or another relevant field.
• 3-7 years of experience in Business Consultancy, ideally within ServiceNow or digital transformation projects.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Deep conceptual and practical knowledge of business processes and supporting technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and ServiceNow implementations (certifications like CSA, CIS, ITIL, SCRUM/Agile are a plus).
• Ability to run workshops, manage complex requirements, and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset - enjoys working in an international, diverse and innovative team environment.
