Senior Business Analyst EHS processes and systems _ Lithuania(nearshore EU countries)

• Location: India, Lithuania/Latvia/Poland, and nearby EU countries
  Working Hours: UK hours
• Contract - 6 months with possible extension

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong end-to-end delivery life cycle exposure and hands-on experience in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) processes and platforms. The role requires a data-driven professional who is comfortable working with senior stakeholders across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Work across the full delivery life cycle, from requirement gathering to implementation and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to capture, analyse, and document requirements
• Support EHS process and platform initiatives
• Lead and support data activities including data migration, source-to-target mapping, and data validation
• Act as a key liaison between business users, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business requirements

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst across complex delivery programmes
• Proven exposure to EHS processes and systems
• Solid hands-on experience with data migration, data mapping, and source-to-target documentation
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with senior leadership
• Ability to work in a UK time-zone aligned model from nearshore/offshore locations
