About the role: Join the Scientific Research & Innovation team to analyze and validate requirements for clinical trial technology projects within the Centre for Drug Development (CDD). Manage SaaS and off-the-shelf solutions like Veeva, Medidata, & Stitch, ensuring compliance and supporting clinical trials.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Defining analysis needs within CDD's technology solutions.
  2. Monitoring market trends and regulatory compliance.
  3. Partnering with stakeholders to align technology with organizational goals.
  4. Documenting business and technical requirements.
  5. Assessing and improving processes.
  6. Ensuring documentation for clinical trial systems is comprehensive.
  7. Collaborating on legislation and standards compliance.
  8. Providing analysis expertise throughout project lifecycles.
  9. Contributing to project delivery and best practices.
  10. Maintaining knowledge of emerging technologies.
  11. Supporting testing and documentation creation.
  12. Tracking project progress with project managers.
  13. Mitigating risks related to clinical systems.

Required skills:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in clinical research or pharmaceuticals.
  • Knowledge of clinical research legislation and standards.
  • Experience with SaaS and off-the-shelf technology solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
  • Strong analysis, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in process and data modeling, process improvement.
  • Problem-solving skills and commercial awareness.
