Project I in the Strategy area, DOPZ - Digital Onboarding and Product Launch of the Future.

Responsibilities:
* Analysis of functional requirements and their feasibility
* Development and evaluation of future-oriented solutions, considering cost-effectiveness, quality, and risks
* Creation of requirements descriptions and specifications (eg, functional specifications, features, and user stories)
* Active participation in implementation, testing, and rollout
* Shared responsibility for application operation, support of sales staff in troubleshooting, and independent analysis and resolution of assigned incidents and defects
* Organization, moderation, and execution of workshops with relevant stakeholders
* Close collaboration with other business engineers, product management, subject matter experts, DevOps engineers, and IT architecture

Requirements:
* University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Banking & Finance, or a comparable qualification
* At least 5 years of experience as a Business Engineer or in a comparable interface role between business and IT
* Sound knowledge of client onboarding, digital product completion, or client life cycle management, particularly in finance and the associated value streams
* Knowledge of technical and process-related issues along the customer life cycle, for example, in the areas of onboarding, KYC, review, or change processes
* Very good knowledge of agile working and project methodologies (eg, Scrum, SAFe)
* Analytical and conceptual skills and a strong affinity for digital processes and applications
