£70,000-£80,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

An established and growing insurance company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their Portfolio team, delivering high-quality business change across the full project lifecycle.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced BA who thrives in complex environments and enjoys shaping, defining and driving meaningful change from ideation through to delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering business analysis across the full change lifecycle (ideation to implementation)
• Leading process modelling (As-Is / To-Be) and requirements definition
• Producing clear, high-level and detailed requirements documentation
• Ensuring full end-to end traceability of requirements to delivered solutions
• Engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Managing risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
• Working closely with Enterprise and Solution Architects
• Supporting delivery teams across both Agile and Waterfall environments
• Coaching and mentoring junior Business Analysts
• Driving continuous improvement within the BA practice

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in process modelling
• Confident stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
• Proven ability to define scope and manage requirements end-to end
• Experience operating within complex, matrix organisations
• Background working in regulated environments (insurance or financial services desirable)
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
