We are on the search for a seniorBusiness Analystwith strongD365 CEskills to join a UK?based technology consultancy supporting non-for-profit and charities across the UK. This role is perfect for an individual who has multiple experiencesleading full D365 CE implementation projectsfrom start to finish, enjoys collaborating with theCRM delivery teamsand someone genuinely loves working directly with stakeholders and clients.

As Senior Business Analyst You'll:

• Bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams
• Design, lead and deliverMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, working closely with the client's objectives and requirements
• Advise on CRM configuration and development
• Provideguidance and mentorshipto other Business Analysts
• Responsible for user Acceptance Testing(UAT)preparation and execution
• Work closely withnon-for-profit and charitiesacross the UK

What we are looking for:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in start to finishCRM implementation projects
• Hands-on experience withMicrosoft D365 CE implementation
• Greatcommunication and stakeholder engagementskills are a must
• Experienced inprocess mapping, gap assessment, andsolution development
