We're partnering with a leading organisation that's driving significant transformation across its business and technology landscape. They're looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst to join their team and help deliver meaningful change across multiple business areas.

The Opportunity

As a Snr Business Analyst, you'll bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. You'll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including architects, engineers, developers, UX designers, QA, and end users to ensure every solution is well understood, fit for purpose, and delivers measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels using strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
• Collaborate across teams to align goals, priorities, and outcomes
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and discussions both online and in person
• Use a range of Business Analysis tools and techniques to produce clear, high-quality outputs
• Support the full life cycle of business change from readiness assessment and transition planning through to training and adoption
• Promote best-practice Agile analysis and continuous improvement within multi-disciplinary teams
• Apply commercial awareness to ensure delivery adds tangible value

What we're looking for

You'll bring:

• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship building
• The ability to work flexibly across technical and business teams
• Solid commercial awareness and confidence to challenge constructively
• Knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud architectures, and compliance considerations
• Experience delivering bespoke and off-the-shelf applications
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and DevOps environments
• Familiarity with Lean Agile ways of working and business change methods
