Senior Business Analyst - Digital Assets & Financial Markets - Hybrid - Amsterdam City

Experience Required:

8-12 years as Business Analyst/Functional Analyst in Financial Services

Strong exposure to Financial Markets (Securities Lifecycle, Trading, Custody)

Hands-on experience in Digital Assets, Crypto Custody, Wallets, or Trading platforms

Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Role Overview:

Lead business analysis and product development and integration for Digital and Traditional Assets platforms. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirement discovery and impact analysis across Defi and TradFi space

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and technical artifacts

Define end-to-end workflows spanning onboarding, trading, settlement, and asset servicing

Collaborate closely with front offices, trading desks, custody operations, compliance, and engineering teams

Support Agile ceremonies - backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and demos

Act as Proxy Product Owner, driving backlog prioritization and delivery outcomes

Develop process models, data flows, and integration requirements (APIs, platforms)

Support UAT, release readiness, and production validation

Digital Assets, Cryptocurrencies, Stablecoins, Crypto Custody, Wallets, and Trading Platforms

Experience with institutional custody platforms (Fireblocks, BitGo, Anchorage, etc.)

Data analysis and reporting in trading/custody environments
