Senior Building Surveyor - Lead Property & Compliance

Swindon Borough Council is seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to lead the inspection, maintenance and compliance of a diverse property portfolio across housing and corporate assets. You will ensure safety, sustainability and value for money while guiding investment programmes.

As a senior member of the Housing and Corporate Property team, you will provide technical leadership, manage contracts, oversee surveys, and act as the technical expert in disrepair claims and CDM duties.
