Senior Building Services Engineer

Overview

Allen & York are thrilled to be working with a leading independent provider of net zero carbon building performance and engineering services to architects, developers, and homeowners.

We are looking for a logical, motivated Senior Building Services Engineer to manage a diverse and professional team of mechanical and electrical designers delivering a range of domestic and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse and professional team of mechanical and electrical designers delivering domestic and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and projects are delivered to required standards and deadlines.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance across project teams and manage project priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field.
• Comprehensive experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
• Experience in renewable energy, sustainability, or construction industries.
• Project management qualification (such as Prince 2).
• Knowledge of REVIT and BIM Level 2 modelling.
• Strong leadership, team management skills, and ability to work collaboratively and independently.
