Senior Building Control Officer needed in Scunthorpe - Paying £20.59 per hr - Ref

Full-time hours on a temporary basis

1. Examine plans and specifications for compliance with building regulations.
2. Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
3. Provide expert advice to developers, contractors, and the public.
4. Investigate breaches and enforce regulations where necessary.
5. Support junior officers and contribute to service improvement.
