We're recruiting a Senior Brand & Packaging Designer for a €150 million food manufacturing and distribution business serving retail and foodservice customers.

This role calls for someone who understands how a packaged food product moves from a creative brief to a finished pack, and how to build the wider campaign around it. You'll develop concepts and deliver design across multiple brands, working with marketing, commercial teams and external production partners.

What you'll work on

• Food packaging concepts and finished pack designs
• Retail point of sale, promotions and product launches
• Exhibition stands, trade show materials and sales presentations
• Brand guidelines and assets across print, digital, web and social channels
• Production-ready artwork in collaboration with printers and suppliers

What we're looking for

You'll bring substantial design experience within food manufacturing, food distribution or food FMCG, with a portfolio showing packaged products created for grocery or convenience retail. We want to see what you personally contributed: the original concept, the packaging design and the finished work.

You should be confident taking ownership of a brief, presenting your creative thinking and producing high-quality work yourself. Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills and experience designing for print production are essential. Experience with retail POS, foodservice marketing, expos and digital campaigns would be particularly valuable.

This is a senior, hands on opportunity with scope to shape the creative direction of a growing portfolio of food brands.

Location: West Dublin, with a hybrid working model
