We are looking for a Senior BI Analyst with solid experience in data visualization and modeling tools to lead key initiatives within the data area and support the company's strategic business needs.

Your responsibilities, should you accept the challenge:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and/or Looker, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Understand and translate complex business requirements (marketing, BA, operations, etc.) into effective data solutions.
• Contribute to the definition and development of robust data models using tools like dbt, ensuring quality and scalability.
• Work closely with data engineering teams and functional analysts to ensure proper data integration, quality, and traceability.
• Promote best practices in data visualization, documentation, and data governance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a BI Analyst or in similar roles.
• Proficiency in at least one modern data visualization tool: Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, transformation, and validation.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Desirable experience with dbt, layered modeling, and modern data architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.) and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Analytical mindset, proactive, business-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
