Senior BD Executive

One of Dublin's longest standing international law firms are recruiting a Senior BD Executive. You will be working with a team spread across the UK and Ireland and supporting on initiatives throughout the region.

With a massive anniversary this year and a new practice group, this BD team are busier than ever! The successful candidate will have a key role in BD activities for the Real Estate department and will also work cross-functionally with Marketing for all groups.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and centrally located office in Dublin 2.

In all of your duties in this role, you will work collaboratively with Practice Group Leaders, Senior members of the BD team and the Regional Head, these duties will include:

• Designing and implementing initiatives and strategies towards targeted growth.
• Determining KPIs to measure growth and ROI, tracking and reporting on activities.
• Supporting with BD Trips and meetings - agreeing scope, preparing briefing notes, briefing the teams, tracking follow up actions.
• Maintenance of the CRM.
• Running annual budgeting cycle.
• Creating content with the global and regional Marketing teams, identifying strategic partnerships and key influential people.
• Legal Directory submissions.
• Supporting the events team.
• Market research and maintenance of internal information depositories.

This is the perfect role for a Marketing or BD Executive who would like to gain international experience and work with a talented team.

You will need to demonstrate a number of years working in this type of role in either a large commercial law or professional services firm. This is a key hire for a busy team and they are hoping to interview ASAP.
