farmdrive is building the data layer for livestock farming, connecting farmers and processors through better performance, forecasting and supply chain intelligence. As our Marketing & Content Manager, you'll help shape how that story is told as we scale across the UK & Ireland.

About Us

farmdrive is building the data infrastructure for livestock farming, helping farmers track performance, profitability and compliance, while enabling processors to forecast supply, strengthen audits and unlock real supply chain intelligence. We are scaling rapidly across the UK & Ireland, and now we're looking for a marketing leader to help define and dominate our category.

Role Overview

We're looking for a commercially minded Marketing & Content Manager who combines strategic thinking with strong execution.

You'll help shape go-to-market strategy and lead campaign execution for both the farmdrive app (farmers) and farmdrive enterprise (processors and supply chain partners). This role blends growth marketing with content leadership. Driving acquisition, conversion and retention while building a strong, credible presence across the agri-tech sector.

You'll work closely with leadership, external agencies and customers to bring ideas to life and turn data into measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities Go-to-Market & Growth
  • Support and execute go-to-market strategy for both the farmdrive app and farmdrive enterprise
  • Align marketing activity with product updates and commercial priorities
  • Drive user acquisition, app conversion and retention
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Lead content strategy across social, email, web and industry media
  • Develop customer case studies and storytelling content
  • Brief and manage external creative and performance agencies
  • Be comfortable appearing on camera alongside founders and customers when required
Events & Industry Presence
  • Support trade show planning and on-the-ground activation
  • Coordinate webinars, launches and industry events
Performance & Optimisation
  • Manage HubSpot campaigns and workflows
  • Support SEO and paid campaigns (with agency partners)
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise using data
What we're looking for
  • 4+ years marketing experience (agri-tech, agriculture or tech preferred)
  • Strong content creation and campaign execution experience
  • Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
  • Experience working with agencies or freelancers
  • Comfortable operating in both field and professional environments
  • Agricultural or livestock sector knowledge is a strong advantage
