Job Description
MCS Group in Ireland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis across a major CRM, BI and data transformation programme. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Marketing and more to redesign processes and ensure technology delivers measurable business outcomes.
You will shape reporting capabilities, data governance and BI strategy while working in a hybrid model (1 day in the Dublin office).
