Are you a senior testing professional who can combine strategic test coordination with hands-on automation expertise?

We're seeking an experienced Senior Test Coordinator/Test Automation Expert to join a complex enterprise programme supporting both project delivery and Agile development teams. This role is ideal for someone who can define testing strategy, drive quality across the software life cycle, and build robust automation frameworks from the ground up. [Test Autom ion Expert | PDF]

Remit

? Define and lead test strategies, test plans and testing approaches across complex application landscapes

? Coordinate and oversee functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing activities

? Translate business requirements into effective test scenarios and test cases

? Take ownership of testing quality across multiple test levels and delivery streams

? Design, build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks

? Develop automated testing solutions using technologies such as:

• TypeScript
• WebdriverIO
• Node.js
• Cucumber

? Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines

? Apply Risk-Based Testing and Requirements-Based Testing principles

? Champion Quality Engineering and Shift-Left testing practices

? Coach and mentor testers across teams

? Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects and project teams

? Explore emerging technologies and AI-driven testing approaches to improve efficiency and quality [Test Autom ion Expert | PDF]

Skills required

? 10+ years' experience in software testing within complex enterprise environments

? 8+ years' experience as a Test Specialist, Test Expert or similar senior testing role

? 5+ years' experience delivering integration, regression and end-to-end testing

? Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum environments

? Proven track record of defining test strategies and leading testing activities for large-scale programmes

? Hands-on experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch

? Strong knowledge of:

• TypeScript
• WebdriverIO
• Node.js
• Cucumber
• Test Automation Architecture

? Experience with stakeholder management across business and technical teams

? Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset

? Passion for AI and emerging technologies within software testing and Quality Engineering

? Dutch and English fluency (C2 level required)
