Job overviewExciting part time Senior Management Support Administrator role within the Central Norfolk Locality, providing administrative and secretarial support to our Associate Director of Operations.
Responsibilities include diary management, email monitoring, minute taking, complex reports, audit work, and more. The role requires strong administrative/PA experience and a proactive, detail oriented mindset.
Main duties of the job- Provide accurate, prompt and efficient secretarial/administrative support to the management team, including presentations and spreadsheets and complex reports.
- Prioritise workload of the management support team to ensure patient safety and meet quality standards.
- Raise agendas, take and process minutes for teams across the care group.
- Participate in ongoing audits and service development as directed by Management.
- Diary management for team members - appointments/meetings, regular commitments to organise workload.
- Potentially supervise admin staff, complete monthly supervision sessions and yearly appraisals.
- Pitman / RSA III Typing / Word Processing
- Advanced Level NVQ 2 Customer Services
- NVQ 3 Business Administration or equivalent
- Understanding and experience in full range of secretarial procedures.
- Experience at PA level.
- ICT skills including MS packages.
- Interpersonal skills.
