Solici is the strategic competitive intelligence division of Cambridge Healthcare Research, offering healthcare decision makers critical insights that inform pivotal decisions.

What you will do

Senior Associate Consultant is the second level of role in Solici's consulting career path. You will be part of integrated project teams spanning research and analysis, consulting and client leadership, operating autonomously and acting as a role model for Associate Consultants.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Research planning - partner with consulting and research colleagues to develop robust research plans and deliverables.
  • Briefing researchers - provide briefings to research colleagues, help them identify relevant data sources, conduct primary research, and give constructive feedback on outputs.
  • Formulating client ready output - review therapeutic areas, evaluate primary and secondary research, and create concise client friendly slide decks and email notifications with actionable implications.
  • Project team and client interaction - coordinate agendas, take minutes, and participate in internal and external meetings.
  • Conference coverage - attend UK and overseas conferences, engage with key opinion leaders, and write clear daily research summaries.
  • Workshop support - contribute to workshop material development and assist facilitators on day.
  • Commercial awareness - develop awareness of project scoping and profitability, industry and therapy area trends.
  • Business development - research and contribute to proposals, pitches, and external representation.
  • Quality control and colleague development - peer review work, coach colleagues, and coordinate efforts for highest quality outputs.
  • Continuous improvement - use past project experience to propose more efficient ways of working.

Compensation & Benefits

CHR's head office is in Shoreditch, London, with a hybrid working model - 2 to 3 days per week onsite. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package that includes:

  • Base salary based on prior experience.
  • Annual bonus.
