Job Description
Capital One UK is seeking a Financial Services Disputes Lawyer - Senior Associate in Nottingham, offering a hybrid pattern with three days in-office (Tue-Thu) and two days remote. The role leads litigation strategy for consumer claims, including residual PPI, and advises on s.75 claims and disputed transactions.
You will mentor junior lawyers, manage external counsel, and prepare horizon scans and reports for senior stakeholders.
