Join a globally recognised engineering and infrastructure services organisation at a pivotal point of digital evolution. We are supporting a client in securing a Senior Asset Integration Project Manager to drive the successful onboarding of two new offshore assets into our digital maintenance ecosystem.

This is a high-impact role that bridges engineering, data, and operations; ensuring these mission-critical assets are fully integrated, digitally mapped, and operationally ready from day one.

• Location: Antwerp ,Belgium (Hybrid - Office-based with some flexibility)
• Contract: 1 Year Fixed Term (Immediate Start)
• Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week, occasional overtime)
• Languages: Fluent Dutch & Advanced English
• Rate: Negotiable

What You Will Do:

• Lead the end to end integration of two jack up vessels and associated equipment into a maintenance management system (Maximo).
• Coordinate with technical and digital teams to validate asset data and build digital asset hierarchies.
• Oversee creation of maintenance strategies and spare parts inventories.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with internal asset management standards.
• Report regularly to senior stakeholders on project status, risks, and deliverables.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline future integration efforts.

What The Client is Looking For:

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Strong project management experience in maritime, offshore, or heavy equipment industries.
• Hands on experience with Maintenance Management Systems (ideally Maximo).
• Strong grasp of asset lifecycle management and reliability engineering.
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel, and project tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Dutch speaking with strong English (written and spoken).

The Ideal Candidate Would Have:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Background in digital transformation or data centric asset management.
• Familiarity with maritime operations or digital maintenance systems.
