Are you looking to get away from everyday site work? Do you want a role managing surveyors which can be hybrid? Do you hold your P402? P402 min other quals can be gained whilst employed. Hybrid role Home / office some rare site visits to clients.

About the Role

The role is open to experienced asbestos surveyors/analysts who may feel they no longer want regular site work. The work location is mixed home/office and involves controlling a team of asbestos surveyors and their activities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review requests for one or multiple surveys from regular clients and create a meaningful scope.
• Check secondary data such as order number, UPRN, occupant details and client liaison details before handing them to the booking team.
• Audit your team to ensure compliance is complete.
• Attend occasional visits to client premises for monthly visits and, when removal works are required, site visits with a LARC may be needed.
