Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 + EMI Share options

Location: UK wide Home based / Hybrid (with occasional travel to client offices as needed)

The Role

As a Senior Applied AI Solution Engineer, you'll lead the design, development, and deployment of AI applications, such as Large Language Model-powered agents, for major clients. This role balances hands-on development with leadership, and offers the opportunity to own end-to-end solutions and contribute to innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Lead AI solution development from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with client strategies.
• Build and deploy AI-powered applications using foundational models, enhancing enterprise capabilities.
• Mentor and guide teams, setting high standards for technical excellence and fostering a culture of learning.
• Drive innovation in AI technologies, contributing to R&D and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with clients to explain complex solutions and build strong relationships.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in software development, with expertise in Python, microservices, and large-scale systems.

• Experience with AI applications, data processing, and large language models.
• Proven leadership in AI solution design and team management.
• A Strong communicator, capable of engaging with senior business and technical clients.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
