Job Description
- Manage and deliver architectural projects across all stages, from initial design through to completion
- Prepare and coordinate detailed planning, tender and construction packages
- Produce high-quality technical drawings and project information using Revit
- Ensure all work complies with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR and relevant industry standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal design teams
- Carry out Contract Administration duties and attend project meetings
- Manage project programmes, deadlines and technical deliverables
- Support the successful delivery of projects across a range of sectors
- Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience delivering projects within the Irish construction and regulatory environment
- Strong working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, BCAR, planning requirements and relevant standards
- Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a closely related discipline
- Membership of RIAI
- Excellent proficiency in Revit
- Proven experience preparing and coordinating planning, tender and construction packages
- Strong technical, project management and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland
