Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established national architectural practice to heritage and conservation projects. they are on the lookout for an experienced and technical Senior Architect to join their growing team in their Skipton offices.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect include:

• Take the lead on a range of projects from inception through to completion
• Mentor more junior team members and provide technical leadership
• Undertake site visits and ensure full technical compliance with regulations
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architect include:

• ARB registered
• Significant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience within a UK practice as an Architect
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience working on Listed buildings and heritage projects
• Strong experience delivering technically orientated projects
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and British standards
• Experience managing multiple projects and a team of junior members
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driver's license
