Job Description
Permanent Full-time UK office based in Stamford or Nottingham The opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Architect or Associate with a proven track record in industrial and logistics-led developments to play a key role in the delivery and growth of our UK portfolio. This senior role provides the opportunity to lead projects, work directly with clients and contribute strategic insight within a well establishedσματα, employee owned, and growing practice. You will take ownership of major schemes from early design through to construction, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale industrial, logistics and warehouse projects
  • Manage projects across RIBA Stages 2-5, ensuring quality, programme and budget control
  • Act as client lead, building long term relationships and securing repeat work
  • Oversee consultant coordination and technical delivery
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Architects and Assistants
  • Contribute to business development, bids, and project winning strategies
  • Support studio management and strategic growth (Associate level)
About you:
  • ARB-registered Architect (or equivalent with extensive UK experience)
  • Strong background in industrial, logistics and commercial architecture
  • Demonstrable experience leading teams and delivering projects on site
  • Excellent knowledge of UK planning, Building Regulationsand ய் > य but integrated/into? purchasing?Farm>
  • High proficiency in Revit/BIM
  • Commercially aware with strong client-facing skills
  • Experience contributing to fee proposals and resourcing (Associate level)
