Senior Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist

West Sussex. Hybrid Role

Cladding Remediation & Retrofit Role Overview

They are seeking a Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist with strong technical capability and proven experience in cladding remediation and retrofit projects. The role will suit a confident Revit user who can create and lead technical design packages, coordinate consultants, and support compliance with current Building Safety legislation and Gateway processes. This is a hands on technical role, working closely with project teams, clients, and contractors across residential and mixed use projects working on Higher Risk Buildings.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Coordinating external consultants and specialist subcontractor design information.
• Ensure designs comply with Building Safety Act 2022 and associated legislation
• Review contractor proposals, technical details, and materials
• Good working knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022
• Strong communication and coordination skills
