Are you an experienced Architect with a strong track record of designing and delivering healthcare projects?

We are working with a highly respected, international design practice that is looking to strengthen its Healthcare team in Glasgow with the appointment of a Senior Architect.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, design-led environment where you will have the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile healthcare projects, from early design development through to technical delivery and completion.

The Role

• Leading architectural design and delivery across major healthcare projects.
• Developing projects from concept and briefing through to technical design and construction.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
• Working closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop effective design solutions.
• Producing and reviewing high-quality architectural information.
• Supporting project delivery, programme and quality requirements.
• Providing guidance and mentoring to less experienced members of the team.
• Contributing to design reviews, presentations and client meetings.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience working on larger healthcare projects.
• Experience taking projects from inception through to the later RIBA stages and into construction.
• The ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and complex project information.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• ARB registration and/or RIBA membership.

Most importantly, you will be passionate about architecture and interested in delivering buildings that have a genuine and lasting impact on the communities they serve.
