As part of continued growth, this award-winning architectural practice is looking to expand its technical delivery capacity with the appointment of a talented Senior Architect. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team working across high-profile commercial projects, with the chance to lead and deliver at the highest level.

This opportunity would be ideal for a Senior Architect or Project Architect with a background in the commercial sector, proven experience in high-end office fit-outs, and confidence using Revit.

Details

Office: London (hybrid working - up to 2 days from home)

Hours: Full-time, standard office hours

Duties

• Oversee project delivery from RIBA Stage 3 onwards
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and the business
• Develop technical solutions in line with the RIBA Plan of Work and the wider design team
• Provide technical support and oversight across multiple projects
• Manage and coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Lead and contribute to project meetings, reviews, and workshops
• Ensure designs are fully compliant with UK Construction Law and British Standards

Requirements

• ARB registered Architect
• Strong technical skills with a focus on project delivery
• Background in commercial sector projects, especially high-end office fit-outs
• Confident leading projects independently while working collaboratively in a team environment
• Track record of managing and delivering projects to successful completion
• Proficient in Revit and experienced in common data environments
