Technical & Professional Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Solid knowledge of current Building Regulations
• Capable of preparing:
  • Planning application drawings
  • Fire Safety Certificate submissions
  • Disability Access Certificate (DAC) documentation
  • Detailed tender drawings and specifications
• Experienced in project coordination and on-site management
• Confident in managing multiple projects and maintaining strong client relationships from initial concept through to completion
