Job Description

EMEA Recruitment are partnering with a Medical Manufacturing company to recruit a Senior AR Specialist for its team in Amsterdam, Netherlands


An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a dynamic finance team. This role follows a hybrid working model, combining in-office and remote work.


Key Duties:

  • Oversee outstanding receivables and proactively manage collections to support healthy cash flow.
  • Process incoming payments on a daily basis, ensuring accurate and timely posting.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, finance, and customer service to resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Contribute to the month-end closing process by preparing reconciliations and generating reports.
  • Maintain and update customer account records within the ERP system.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control, ideally within a global or multicultural organization.
  • Fluent in French, with strong English communication skills.
  • Skilled in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite, along with solid Excel capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-moving work environment.
