Understanding a broad range of infrastructure and software technologies is essential to this post as is an excellent understanding of Problem, Change and Release management.You will be required to: Management, operation support and development ofthe Welsh Admin Portal Line management responsibilities for a team ofapplication operations engineers Configuration and performance of the solution Becoming the subject expert to provide guidance and technical advice to colleagues andNHS staff Managing changerequirements Other areas of therole will be to work with our customer organisations, Welsh Government and other health services to help lead us in the future direction ofreferralsystems in Wales as well make sure the current system always remains operational.
