The Role

As a Senior Appian Developer, you'll be responsible for delivering technical solutions for our customers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards set by the Systems Development Manager.

1. Development: Work on multiple workflow applications, including requirements review, technical design, modeling, development, testing, and deployment.
2. Continuous Improvement: Enhance existing applications through ongoing improvement processes.
3. Quality Assurance: Ensure all software development complies with IT quality plans and procedures.
4. Collaboration: Participate in workshops, reviews, and stand-ups to communicate progress and gather stakeholder feedback.
5. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation for applications.

This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week, with a hybrid working arrangement of 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

Essential Experience

• Extensive experience with Appian Software and development tools such as IDEs and source control.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC).
• Familiarity with waterfall, iterative, and agile delivery approaches.
• Proven development experience.
• Proficiency in business process design using UML and BPMN techniques.

Security Clearance
