You will lead, motivate, and empower your team to ensure effective delivery of customer-focused services related to interpersonal and Environmental ASB. Additionally, you will perform a range of duties within the team, from basic investigations to handling complex cases.

About You:
  • Experience in investigating interpersonal and Environmental anti-social behaviour.
  • Good understanding of crime and anti-social behaviour issues.
  • Knowledge of current Government legislation and enforcement tools against ASB.
  • Background in problem resolution and enforcement processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and partnership working abilities.
  • Capability to handle difficult situations with individuals and groups.
  • Attention to detail and case file management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

The role requires an enhanced DBS check. Due to the nature of the position, travel around the city for appointments and meetings is necessary, which may occur in the evenings or weekends, by car or bike.

Hours:

This is a full-time role, for 37 hours per week.

GBP 40,476 to GBP 45,718 (City Pay Band 6), pro-rata for part-time.
