Job Description
What you will be doing 
- Represent the Risk Operations team in the ongoing relationship with Checkout's Product department, defining Risk requirements for new product releases and enhancements
- Partner with the Risk Operations leadership team to regularly update the roadmap for enhancements to Risk Operations tooling, and advocate for such roadmap with Checkout's Product managers
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle, providing crucial input on supportability, usability, and potential pain points from our internal Operations users perspective
- Collaborate with Product Managers on product launches: conduct thorough assessments, identify potential risks, and provide go/no-go recommendations
- Support Risk Operations strategic initiatives such as vendor assessment, capacity planning and ad-hoc company-led projects
- Stay abreast of customer trends & requirements, competitor products, and market shifts
- In-depth knowledge of product development processes and support operations.
- You understand the complexities of bringing new products to market and the importance of seamless support.
- Demonstrated experience in supportability, product readiness, or customer advocacy roles, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
- You're passionate about advocating for user needs and ensuring a positive support experience.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. You can effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Expertise in data analysis to extract trends and insights (i.e INDEX MATCH, SQL skills, Pivot tables).
- Strong project management capabilities for coordinating readiness activities and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Payments industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Hybrid working model offers flexibility, with three days per week in the office to support collaboration and connection.
