Senior AI Product Designer - Defence (Hybrid)

Faculty is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of bespoke, AI-native solutions for our Defence clients. You'll work with machine learning engineers, data scientists and software engineers from day one to shape intuitive, highly usable interfaces for complex challenges.

In this senior role you'll help grow design capability, establish design systems, mentor others and influence product direction, while collaborating with senior leadership and clients to deliver excellence.
