Senior AI Engineer (m/w/d) - Remote

• Must-have:
• 3+ years Typescript
• Proven production-level experience with LLM integration
• In-depth understanding of retrieval-augmented generation & context engineering
• Experience with AI and agentic frameworks (AI SDK or similar)
• Strong backend skills: database design, micro-service architectures, infrastructure
• Comfort building in early-stage product environments
• Nice to have:
• Familiarity with tax or accounting context (chart of accounts, P&L structure)
• Experience with document parsing (PDFs, OCR, table extraction)
• Experience in model training

• Agentic Workflow Engine: autonomous, multi-step workflows for tax processes (documents, deadlines, client communication)
• Document Intelligence: extraction, classification, and analysis of tax-relevant documents (P&L statements, receipts, tax platform exports)
• RAG, context & prompt engineering
• Tax platform API integration with semantic processing of financial data
• Real-time financial analysis features (P&L analysis, liquidity planning, KPI dashboards)
