Senior AI Engineer (GPT, Azure, Python)

As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll be at the heart of this transformation, working with cutting-edge technologies like GPT and Azure AI Services to develop scalable, intelligent applications that drive real-world impact.

You will:

• Rapidly prototype and deliver AI-powered features with real user interfaces
• Engineer optimized prompts for large language models like GPT
• Seamlessly integrate Azure AI services into enterprise systems
• Write clean, scalable, and secure code following DevOps best practices
• Develop and manage REST APIs powering AI applications
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, design, and data experts
• Lead knowledge sharing and code reviews to build collective expertise
• Define AI complexity to ensure optimal ROI and feasibility

What We're Looking For:

• Expert-level experience with GPT and prompt engineering
• Mastery of Python and cloud-native development (Azure AI Services, Azure Functions)
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks like OpenAI Agent SDK or MCP Tools
• Strong skills in REST API development, containerization (Docker), and DevOps practices
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture and data pipelines (ETL/ELT)

• Familiarity with BI tools and data processing workflows
• Insight into business applications of AI and change management
• Fluency in Dutch or French
