Salary Range: £90,000- £100,000 Dependent on Experience

Location: Reigate, Manchester or Glasgow - Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Help shape the AI roadmap across use cases and technology.
• Work with stakeholders to understand processes and data, identifying high value GenAI opportunities.
• Contribute to scalable, innovative AI delivery as part of the Data Science & AI team.
• Collaborate with a cross functional squad - DevOps, data engineers, developers, testers and Infosec - to productionise AI services in AWS.
• You'll be a key technical mentor within the team, helping to guide junior engineers and elevate our engineering standards.

Skills and experience

• Experience delivering AI into production, solving real commercial problems and measuring impact.
• A self starter with a track record of taking research and models through to production to drive clear business and customer value.
• Skilled at balancing quick delivery with longer term capability building.
• Able to communicate confidently and credibly across all levels of the business, from individual contributors to the C suite.
• Able to work independently and efficiently to deliver projects on time, taking project briefs and refining them to strong results.
