Senior Agriculture Relationship & Growth Lead

NatWest Group is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for Business Development in the Agriculture Sector in Scotland. This hybrid role involves strengthening relationships with agricultural customers and supporting Agricultural Managers in driving growth within the sector.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of agriculture and banking, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience in commercial banking. You'll be responsible for generating new business and acting as the bank's representative in key industry discussions.
