Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)
Contract: 6-month contract

This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *Driving Agile transformation across business units.*

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Agile Coach to support a large-scale Agile transformation across multiple business units. You will coach leaders and delivery teams, improve ways of working, and help embed Agile principles across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Agile transformation across business units.
• Coach senior leaders, Programme Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams.
• Support large cross-functional programmes and organisational change.
• Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and coaching sessions.
• Improve planning, collaboration, governance, and delivery practices.
• Support and mentor Transformation Coaches and contribute to the Agile coaching community.
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices.

Essential Skills

• Extensive experience as a Senior or Enterprise Agile Coach.
• Proven success delivering enterprise Agile transformations.
• Strong leadership coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coaching multiple Agile teams in complex environments.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or similar Agile frameworks.
• Experience working across Product, Technology, and Business functions.

Desirable

• Portfolio or programme management experience.
• Agile governance and organisational design experience.
• Experience coaching Agile Coaches or Scrum Masters.
• Agile certifications such as PSM, CSM, SPC, or ICAgile.
