Job Description
Senior Administrator - Business Operations - New Business Team 
The post holder will be responsible for assisting with ongoing operational regulatory requirements, performing ongoing and one-off reviews, and assisting in the onboarding of ICS clients.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Completion of tasks related to onboarding ICS clients, such as reviewing CDD, preparing the business acceptance form, and taking minutes from the business acceptance meeting.
- Review and approve CDD concerning CDD refresh/trigger events.
- Completion of periodic reviews.
- Preparation of MIS and KRIs for reporting purposes.
- Participate in various projects related to quality assurance, risk management, operations, and compliance initiatives.
- Adhere to Risk & Associated Compliance procedures regarding regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
- Follow CPD requirements according to qualification level and in-house procedures.
- Uphold the Group's core values and expected behaviors.
- Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by management.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working in an operational onboarding or KYC team, preferably with funds and corporate clients.
- Experience in minute-taking is preferable.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities independently.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
